I can't begin to say how much I have loved working with Neil Diamonds. I first worked with Howard and Marc in 2017 when I lost the diamond out of my engagement ring while attending a high school state baseball game. I live in Iowa and my insurance company recommended ... them, and I am so happy and thankful they did. Howard and Marc were instrumental in finding me a replacement diamond that is absolutely breathtaking! This past March I caught this same diamond ring in my washing machine and broke off a prong from the head holding the diamond. I immediately contacted Howard at Neil Diamonds again because my first experience had been incredible. Not only were they again very helpful in replacing my diamond head but after 26 years of marriage, I decided to also have them weld my wedding band to my ring band and resize both bands a bit. Howard and Marc were able to accommodate both requests. My resulting ring set is simply stunning. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and professionalism has been exceptional.
